Yara Al Mouti is a pharmaceutical consultant and trainer with more than 20 years of experience. She has an extensive background in all matters related to cGMP, GSDP and Quality Management systems. She is an analytical and a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with senior managers to assess current statuses, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations.
Yara’s ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores her ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis. She is particularly skilled at performing mock audits as well as group facilitation.
Yara has managed a broad array of projects in the pharmaceutical industry ranging from mock audit services and gap analysis, to trainings of all subjects cGMP related.
Yara has founded Agon Consult since 2011. Prior to starting Agon up, she worked extensively as a project manager as well as a quality and validation engineer in several pharmaceutical companies.
